After passing the Middle Semester Assessment, the time comes when students will receive an assessment report which is usually known as “Rapor Sisipan”. But at Sekolah Vision, this process done differently.

The process in the Sekolah Vision is called the 3 Ways Conference (3WC) which each student, parent, and teacher meet at one table.

At this meeting, there was a discussion between students, parents, and teachers who in the end they will evaluate student’s performance together which ends in a further commitment.

What they discussed is what has been done by students for a half semester. Its concerns the strengths and weaknesses of students. It is important for  the parties to sit together so that they all understand the achievements and targets to be managed and can be achieved by students in the next period.

In companies commonly, this is similar to the SWOT analysis.

Openness and collaboration of all parties is needed. With student collaboration, it
can be monitored, encouraged and directed towards better achievement.
