Sekolah Vision: enrollment

We are glad you have chosen to attend Sekolah Vision.  As we inch closer towards the new school year and the sounds of children once again roaming the halls of schools, it’s time to take a look at our enrollment program.Our enrollment program open for new student and also transfer student from other school.

Enrollment Requirements

  1. Student should be at least 6 (six) years old by July 2020.
  2. Admission to the Sekolah Vision is subjected to students meeting entrance requirements and submission of all previous school records. Failure to submit all school records and to disclose pertinent information regarding the student—such as special testing, resource services, individual educational plans or psychological evaluations—may be cause for the student’s enrollment to be delayed or denied.

New Student Registration

  1. Buy registration form at our office
  2. Complete the information and attach the copies document of:
    1. Family card (Kartu Keluarga)
    2. Student birth certificate (Akte Kelahiran calon siswa)
    3. Kindergarten certificate (Ijazah TK)
    4. 2 pcs of recent photo, size 4 x 6, color with red background.Return the form and attached document to our administration staff max. 1 week after.
  3. Pay the tuition fee
  4. Become a student of Sekolah Vision.

For student transfer please enclose:

  1. Latest report card from previous school.
  2. Transfer Certificate (Surat Keterangan Pindah Sekolah)
  3. Recommendation Letter
  4. Copy of NISN (Nomor Induk Siswa Nasional)
